Question How much does delivery cost?
Answer

Usually, Delivery is free for all orders over £45 within the UK. However, currently we have free delivery on all UK orders.

Normal Delivery is £5 per order within the UK. We use a fast and reliable courier service.

If you order more than one item, we strive to package your full order together. 

 

Question How do I amend my order?
Answer

If you would like to add to your order or amend it, we suggest you contact us straight away. Once your initial order has been shipped, we are unable to amend it.

Question Can I track my order?
Answer

All orders are sent using a reliable courier.

Once your order is confirmed and shipped, you will receive a unique tracking reference number. You can track and trace your parcel with this.

Question Can I cancel my order?
Answer

If you change your mind and want to cancel your order, please contact us immediately.

Unfortunately, once an order is shipped, we cannot cancel it. If this happens, you can refuse the delivery, and it will be returned to us.

Question How will my order take to arrive?
Answer

We aim to dispatch your order rapidly. Delivery is expected within 3 working days. The predicted delivery date may be altered by unexpected circumstances. 

Question Where do you ship to?
Answer

However, if you reside outside the UK, please contact us, and we can arrange shipping.

Please be aware this will be at a different cost than standard shipping.

Question Is your packaging recyclable?
Answer

We strive to avoid single-use packaging. Each of our products comes in fully recyclable packaging.

We use cardboard for our outer packaging when shipping your order. It can be reused or fully recycled at home.

Question Do you accept returns?
Answer

If you are not happy with any items or have simply changed your mind, we offer a 30-day return policy.

Question Are the supplements suitable for vegetarians & vegans?
Answer

We strive to provide supplements to everybody, and have a range of supplements suitable for vegans & vegetarians.

Our supplement labels state if it is suitable or not. You can find this on the packaging or on the website.

We aim to use HPMC vegan friendly capsules as much as possible.

Question Do you hold a Good Manufacturing Certificate?

Our team is currently in the process of securing our GMC. We are hopeful it will be obtained shortly. Check back here for updates!

Question How do I know your supplements are safe?
Answer

We strive to ensure only the highest quality ingredients go into each of our tailored supplements. For safety of mind, each ingredient comes with a Material Data Safety Sheet and a Certificate of Analysis.

Question Where are the supplements manufactured?
Answer

The Wellness Tailor is a British owned company. We are proud to manufacture all our supplements onsite, in the UK.

Question Are supplements suitable for children?
Answer

The product label on each supplement provides information on suitability. Please refer to this, or contact our customer service team here.

Question I can’t swallow capsules can I open them and mix with water?
Answer

We understand not everyone likes capsules. As an alternative, some of our products are available in a powder form.

Please be aware if you are opening capsules to mix with water, magnesium does not dissolve in water.
