Returns

If you are not happy with any items or have simply changed your mind, we offer a 30-day return policy.

You can return any items in their original state, unopened and unused.

Contact us at returns@thewellnesstailor.com with your order number, and we will guide you through the process.

Please expect a response within 5 working hours.

The return delivery will be at your own cost. We ask that you receive proof of postage when sending the returned items.
Any refund will be processed via the original payment method. Please allow 3-5 working days for the payment to clear.

Christmas Holiday Returns

The Christmas period can get stressful, so we offer an extended return period at this time.

Any items purchased from 1st October 2023 to 31st December 2023 falls under our extended returns period, giving you until 31st January 2024 to return unwanted, unopened items.

Damaged Items

We strive to deliver our items in perfect condition, but sometimes accidents happen.

If you receive a damaged item or are not satisfied with the quality of your purchase, please contact us at info@thewellnesstailor.com. We aim to respond within 5 working hours.

If your item is faulty or damaged on arrival, we will offer a replacement or refund. Contact us as soon as possible at info@thewellnesstailor.com for further information.

Missing Items/ Incomplete order

If any items are missing from your order, please check your emails to ensure we haven’t contacted you about items being out of stock.

Please check your packing slip, as on rare occasions, your missing item may be delivered separately.
